Our Fingerprint Services
We provide Live Scan Fingerprinting during the following hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 9am to 4:30pm
- Friday: 9am to 12:30pm
Appointments are encouraged and given priority. Walk-in service is available based on capacity and is subject to a $20 additional fee.
Please bring a valid state ID, driver’s license, passport, FOID card, or military ID. Our base fee for fingerprinting services is $120. We accept all major credit/debit cards.
PERC Applications:
We can process your fingerprints for a PERC (Permanent Employee Registration Card) application; however, the application itself must be completed directly through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) website. You can create an account and submit your application using a smartphone or home computer.
If you’re looking to start working as soon as possible, we recommend completing your application as early as possible. The application process typically takes 15–30 minutes. Once submitted, it generally takes the IDFPR approximately 4–6 weeks to activate your license.
After your fingerprints show a status of “Eligible,” you can complete the remaining application steps and then schedule an interview with one of our hiring managers, if applicable.

Please note that we only offer digital Livescan fingerprinting. We do not offer ink fingerprinting at this time.
